This App has collapsed

Purchased on 9/18. Worked fine for a day. Then collapsed. Cannot connect to radio stations. Was initially able to load a few in Bookmarks, that stopped. Really too bad, it was designed well. Please Nullriver, fix it!!!

Both my iPhone4 and iPodTouch are operating on OS4.1 - App will still not connect to radio channels.
Will not operate on my iPad (OS 4.1 will not be available until November.) App description states it is compatible with current iPad, and that OS 3.1.3 is required, not OS 4.1.

This upgrade is just not functioning.
